Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner, using appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and exterior grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations per site procedures.
• Complete incident reports and daily logs, communicating professionally with leadership and site contacts.
