Job summary

PIRTEK Des Moines is hiring a Mobile Sales & Service Technician (MSST) to service, assemble and install hoses on-site for a variety of customers including manufacturing, construction, and rental companies. You will operate a mobile service van and build strong customer relationships, with opportunities for advancement and a company vehicle.

We seek mechanically inclined individuals with a customer-service mindset, clean driving records, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights

Qualifications

Job Description

PIRTEK Des Moines is looking to hire a MSST to service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customer’s base such as manufacturing, construction, and rental companies, to name a few. We are looking for applicants with a strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills. The right candidates will have a background of success working in and around construction, heavy, agricultural and diesel equipment. As a PIRTEK MSST, you will be operating out of a purpose‑built mobile service van and be carrying out service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a purpose‑built PIRTEK service truck fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site.
