Job summary

PIRTEK KCMO is seeking a Mobile Field Mechanic to service, assemble and install hoses for diverse customers including manufacturing, construction, and rental companies. You will work from a mobile hose workshop/van and build relationships with new and existing customers while traveling locally.

Ideal candidates have construction or heavy equipment experience, strong customer service skills, and a mechanical aptitude. The role offers advancement potential and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates should be mechanically inclined with good communication skills.
• A positive attitude and self-motivation are essential.
• A clean driving record is required (no more than 3 violations in 3 years).

Responsibilities

PIRTEK KCMO is looking to hire a Mobile Field Mechanic to service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customer base such as manufacturing, construction, and equipment rental companies, to name just a few. As a PIRTEK Mobile Field Mechanic (MSST), you will be operating out of a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van and be carrying out sales and service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to build relationships with new and existing customers. Successful candidates will be trained in hydraulic safety and systems and equipped to operate a purpose-built PIRTEK service truck fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site.
