Chick-fil-A is seeking a Mobile Sales & Events Team Leader to bring our hospitality to events and multiple sales locations. You will safely drive a tow vehicle, set up trailers, and lead teams to deliver a welcoming guest experience from setup through closing.

The role emphasizes owning event readiness, communicating clearly, and upholding food safety standards in fast-paced environments. Flexible scheduling with opportunities to grow and develop within the brand are offered.

Formación

• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely operate tow vehicle and trailer; prior towing experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to superior customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of events.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and food quality.
• Understanding of food safety practices or willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Ability to perform physical duties of trailer setup and event service, with accommodations as needed.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Prior experience in restaurant operations, catering, event service, or team leadership preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador at sales locations and events.
• Safely drive tow vehicle and transport, position, and secure the sales trailer.
• Complete pre-trip checks and communicate vehicle or equipment concerns to leadership.
• Load and organize food, equipment, and supplies for each location.
• Set up the trailer and sales area to create a clean, welcoming environment.
• Provide attentive service, take accurate orders, process payments, and respond to guest needs.
• Follow all food safety procedures and monitor holding times and temperatures.
• Coordinate with the Restaurant to maintain product availability and replenishment.
• Guide Team Members during events and communicate responsibilities clearly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Complete closing duties, reconcile sales, and return equipment and supplies to the Restaurant.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
