Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in high-acuity settings.
• Prior team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Mobile RN and NP teams, including onboarding and training.
• Conduct regular skills assessments and clinical audits.
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and workflows.
