Baseline Medical is seeking a Mobile RN to redefine home care with high-quality medical services. The role offers consistent shifts starting and ending at our Fairfax office, facilitating optimal patient care while managing supplies. Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia, Maryland, and DC.
• 2+ years of recent experience in acute care, infusion, or high-IV-skill environment.
• Proven ability to perform IV insertions confidently and independently.
• Calm, professional presence in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality mobile medical services.
• Maintain clinical excellence by following established protocols.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners through real-time support.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
• Represent Baseline Medical professionally in every interaction.

Skills

Active RN license in Virginia, Maryland, and DC

At least 2 years of recent experience in acute care or infusion

Ability to perform IV insertions confidently

Strong communication skills
