Job summary

Sun Com is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee several retail locations and supervise multiple Retail Store Managers across the district. You will drive sales metrics, implement merchandising initiatives, and manage expenses while ensuring excellent customer service and staff development.

Travel is required as you coordinate new store openings and openings/closings, coach staff, and ensure policy adherence across locations.

Qualifications

• Sales/general management experience.
• Previous successful personal sales and customer service background.
• Experience in retail management or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee several retail locations and supervise multiple Retail Store Managers.
• Drive sales metrics and implement merchandising initiatives.
• Control expenses and manage personnel issues.
• Ensure highest level of customer service and staff development.
