Sun Com Mobile is seeking a Cluster Manager to oversee multiple retail locations in Florence, SC. You will lead several Retail Store Managers, drive sales, manage store operations, and ensure high levels of customer service.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, coaches teams, and implements merchandising and policy standards district-wide while controlling expenses and improving performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate to other employees how to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Oversee preparation of merchandise placement and displays.
• Travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coach district team to meet sales goals and improve performance.
• Supervise Store Managers and Retail Sales Consultants.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform quarterly inventory counts with Store Manager.
