The Cluster Manager is a hands-on leader who solves problems, maps programs, and ensures policy execution while guiding teams to meet KPIs and district objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year in sales or retail management.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience supervising store managers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple Retail Store Managers and drive district sales.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure top customer service.
• Monitor operations, schedules, and inventories across locations.
• Enforce company policies and merchandising standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
