Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to deliver prescribed home respiratory therapy, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor device performance to meet therapy goals. You will work with physicians to ensure safe, effective care and participate in Telehealth follow-ups.

The role requires NBRC registration, active RCP license where required, CPR, and a valid driver's license for patient home visits. Compensation aligns with market ranges.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• NBRC registration and valid RCP license where required.
• Current CPR certification and Missouri/other state licensure where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate respiratory care equipment incl. oxygen, nebulization, PAP and ventilation.
• Educate patients/caregivers on equipment use and self-administration.
• Perform clinical assessments and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain patient records, prescriptions and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and telehealth for ongoing care.
