Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to travel locally in a fully equipped repair van, diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics at customer locations.

You will learn our repair standards from day one, get paid during training, and enjoy benefits including health insurance, PTO, and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced field service role.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, or field service.
• Capable of working independently in the field and managing daily route.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company repair van to customer locations to diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.
• Deliver high-quality, on-site repairs with great customer experience.
• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
