Job summary

uBreakiFix by Asurion is seeking a Mobile Device Repair Technician to perform on-site repairs across local customer locations. You will travel in a company van, diagnose, repair, and service smartphones and consumer electronics, delivering top-notch customer experiences on the road.

The role requires hands-on electronics repair skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently with flexible hours, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive a repair van to customer locations and diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and consumer electronics.

• Educate customers on device protection plans, accessories, and support options.
• Manage daily route and inventory inside the mobile workspace.

What You’ll Do
