Qualifications

• 6 years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized refrigeration overhaul training required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, overhaul, adjust, and repair refrigeration units for commercial trucks and trailers.
• Test lines, components, and connections with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment.
• Read and interpret complex schematics for refrigeration and AC systems.
• Identify warrantable repairs and document on repair orders.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs and proper operation.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and comply with Penske safety policies.
