Job summary

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Min 1 year hands-on experience with HVAC/mechanical systems.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid and clean state driver’s license.
• DOT Medical Card must be obtained within 2 weeks of start date.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel within territory.
• Capable of using field devices and documenting work performed.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Field Service Recovery & Exchange Operations: recover refrigerant from equipment and support cylinder exchanges.
• Support depot activities: palletizing, shipping/receiving, inventory visibility.
• Provide timely job-progress updates and accurate documentation.
• Ensure equipment readiness and vehicle maintenance per manufacturer guidance.
• Comply with DOT, EPA, OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Assist Sales/Account Managers to develop new opportunities and relationships.
