Job summary

A-Gas Americas is seeking a National Field Service Technician to travel across the network, supporting refrigerant gas recoveries and ensuring EPA-compliant recovery processes. You will train field service technicians, uphold safety standards, and assist the Field Service Manager with customer visits and scheduling.

You will also manage data entry in CRM and job-order systems, staying aligned with EPA regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Natural mechanical ability and strong communication skills are essential.
• Enjoy interacting with people and work well in a team.
• Excellent computer and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to secure CDL-C/Hazmat and pass EPA testing.

Responsibilities

• Travel to network locations across the region to perform large, complex refrigerant gas recoveries.
• Train field service technicians on EPA-compliant recoveries and safety practices.
• Provide guidance on EPA 608 standards, safety, and equipment handling.
• Assist Field Service Manager as needed, including customer visits and scheduling.
• Enter data into CRM and company job order systems accurately.
• Know and promote all Rapid Recovery products and services, including buy-back options.
• Adhere to EPA and safety regulations in all tasks.
