Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Refreshments Operator II to stock products at client sites and ensure equipment is clean and working. You will inform customers about new offers and maintain a positive company image.

Responsibilities include unloading inventory, managing orders and deliveries, using a laptop for PAR levels and invoicing, and coordinating with head office on orders and service calls. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical.
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel to other locations on short notice.

Job Description

The Refreshments Operator II is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers' products are stocked appropriately. Ensure that customers' equipment is always operating properly, cleaned, and notify them of any new offers that may be of interest to them. Essential functions and responsibilitiesof the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirementsand business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness of products by monitoring date codes

• Use a laptop computer to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing

• Performs repairs to best of ability.

• Calls in orders and service calls to head office.

• Cleans equipment and exchanges decanters on each visit.

• Communicates with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and reports on pending problems or on evidence of competitors in customer locations.

• Establishes and maintains a good working relationship and liaison with customers to project a positive image of the company and product.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal skills and customer service skills

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical to the success of this role.

• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.

• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

• Must possess the ability to work efficiently and independently.

• Must be willing to travel to other locations to assist with short notice.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
