TEN (Transportation Equipment Network) seeks a skilled Reefer Technician to diagnose and repair refrigerated trailers, ensuring safety and roadworthiness. You will work independently or with a team, applying mechanical and electrical knowledge to complex systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608/609 certifications preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical expertise & technical skills.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Safety awareness.
• Experience in the trailer/transportation industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostic services, repairs, and maintenance on refrigeration units.
• Verify unit performance by diagnosing faults physically and via downloads.
• Inspect and identify worn or damaged parts during inspections.
• Repair or replace faulty components to fix system deficiencies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and component upgrades.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and document work performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and protect customer property.
