Principle-Health-Systems is seeking a Mobile Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging using portable equipment across multiple sites in the Springfield, MO area. The role involves travel to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and patient homes to deliver high-quality images while maintaining patient safety and adhering to infection control standards.

The position requires LMRT or ARRT credentialing, internships, and active licensure where applicable.

Qualifications

LMRT or ARRT program required.
Hands-on clinical internships during degree program.
Qualifying LMRT/ARRT exams within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

Operate portable radiographic equipment to capture diagnostic images per imaging protocols.
Safely transport mobile imaging equipment to various locations.
Explain procedures to patients and ensure proper positioning.
Protect patients from unnecessary radiation exposure during procedures.
Coordinate with facility staff to assist patients with limited mobility.
Perform EKGs and follow infection control procedures as required.
Document patient records during and after procedures.
Calibrate radiographic equipment and assist in image interpretation when needed.
Maintain sterilization, storage, and routine maintenance of equipment.
Log and organize imaging results per company protocols.
Safely operate a vehicle to different locations.
