Aditi Consulting is seeking a QA tester to collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams in Plano, Texas. The role focuses on designing, executing, and maintaining functional, regression, and performance test cases for mobile apps and system features.

You will analyze test results, document defects, validate firmware and hardware interfaces (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G), and support manual and automated testing across the mobile software life cycle.

Qualifications

• Beginner: 0-3 years of experience in mobile software or QA testing.
• Ability to handle multiple testing tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of mobile Android OS platforms and device ecosystems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Excellent time-management and documentation skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Detect, track, and document software defects, performance issues, and inconsistencies.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases for mobile apps and system features.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and feedback to the development team.
• Validate firmware, connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G), and hardware interactions.
• Conduct manual and automated testing as per defined procedures and quality criteria.
• Perform testing throughout all phases of the mobile software life cycle — design, develop, test, release, and maintenance.
