Job summary

Embedded Shishya is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to own end-to-end QA—from server integration testing with CI setup to automated mobile testing for iOS and Android apps. This is a remote, early-stage startup role with global teams and high autonomy.

You will lead QA infrastructure, balance manual and automated testing, and drive quality through bug management, test plans, and collaboration with product managers. Strong communication and a passion for learning new tech are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development
• 2+ years in software testing
• Must have access to iPhone and Android devices
• Excellent English, written and verbal
• Extensive experience with automated mobile testing platforms
• Hands-on experience with CI pipelines
• Experience writing test automation
• Experience with REST/RPC APIs
• Write clean code with good documentation and unit tests
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement QA infrastructure
