Job summary

Suru In-Home Physical Therapy is expanding its network of PTs and OTs to deliver outpatient care in patients’ homes, offering higher-frequency visits and longer treatment relationships. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with flexible scheduling and a streamlined intake and billing process.

You will evaluate via telehealth, coordinate home visits, and choose cases while Suru handles eligibility, intake, and billing. Weekly direct deposit is provided for completed visits.

Qualifications

• Active California professional license in PT or OT.
• Independent contractor status (1099).
• Home-health/outpatient experience not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Telehealth evaluations.
• Provide home-based PT/OT sessions in patients' homes.
• Coordinate referrals and scheduling for visits.
• Submit visit notes and collaborate with Suru support team.
