Job summary

Suru Network is expanding its mobile outpatient physical and occupational therapy team in California, offering flexible scheduling and longer treatment relationships. Qualifications

• Active California professional license (PT or OT) is required.
• Independent contractor status (1099) with no LLC required.
• Local business license is required before treating patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT/OT services in patients' homes.
• Use Suru app to manage referrals, availability, and rates.
• Coordinate telehealth evaluations and follow-up care.
• Accept or decline patient opportunities as they arise.
• Submit timely visit notes and ensure continuity of care.
