Job summary

AllCare.ai delivers AI-supported medical care to assisted living facilities and senior communities in the San Fernando Valley. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to restore mobility, improve strength and balance, and reduce fall risk for our senior patients.

The role is part-time (3 days/week) with guaranteed pay and a field-based schedule. As PTA, you will perform therapy sessions under PT supervision, document visits, and communicate progress while traveling between

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in PTA and California PTA license required.
• Experience with senior/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple facility locations under PT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment sessions to residents across assigned ALF/senior living facilities, per the plan of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Document all visits accurately and in compliance with billing/coding requirements.
• Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the supervising PT.
• Coordinate with facility staff and care team on shared patients.
• Travel between facilities within the San Fernando Valley area on a structured schedule.
