Job summary

AllCare.ai is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team serving assisted living facilities in the San Fernando Valley. You will deliver PTA-guided therapy, assist with mobility exercises, and document visits under supervision.

The role is part-time, three days per week, with a structured travel schedule between facilities. California PTA license in good standing and an associate degree are required; experience with geriatric patients is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program required.
• Active California PTA license in good standing required.
• Experience with senior/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable working independently across multiple facility locations under PT supervision.
• Prior home health or mobile/field-based experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment sessions to residents across assigned ALF/senior living facilities, per the plan of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
• Document all visits accurately and in compliance with billing/coding requirements.
• Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the supervising PT.
• Coordinate with facility staff and care team on shared patients.
• Travel between facilities within the San Fernando Valley area on a structured schedule.
