Job summary

AllCare.ai seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home and field-based rehabilitation across the Los Angeles area. You will evaluate residents, create individualized plans, and deliver up to 6-week programs with precise documentation and billing-compliant records.

Qualifications
