Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in Ohio.
• Recent TB test required.
• Previous experience in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services as per physician’s plan.
• Assess therapeutic status and develop rehabilitation programs.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as per policy.
