Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Roving Maintenance Team. The role involves maintenance of residential properties, building upkeep, and participation in Capex projects.

Candidates should have at least two years of apartment or facilities maintenance, EPA certification, and own tools/vehicle. Weekend work and travel may be required as part of the roving schedule across properties.

Qualifications

• Effective communication in writing and speech.
• Able to push, pull and lift over 80lbs.
• Able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must own basic personal tools and a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building and grounds during the assignment period.
• Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and areas.
• Repair electrical, plumbing and minor HVAC issues in apartments.
• Inspect property including vacants and move-ins to ensure standards.
• Assist with Capex projects and respond to after-hours emergencies per policy.
