Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You’ll set your own schedule while we provide clients and handle onboarding.

Earn $40-$70 per hour, with payments processed quickly after each lesson. Travel locally within your area, and enjoy the flexibility of choosing which clients to work with while receiving support from InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Based in the US and able to travel to client pools/homes.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Clear background check required.
• Ability to design and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, engaging and structured learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
