Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach one-on-one and small group lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements: at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), 18+, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans. Pay: $40–$70 per hour.

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude when working with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
