Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule while we supply clients; you can earn $40–$70 per 1-hour lesson and be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Must have CPR/First Aid and US work authorization. Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, local travel, creating tailored lesson plans, assessing progress, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
