Job summary

AllCare.ai seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver in-facility care to seniors in assisted living communities across Los Angeles. You will conduct mobile visits with clustered routes, starting part-time (1 day/week) with potential growth.

The role supports both W-2 and 1099 arrangements to fit your practice. Qualified candidates own an existing clinic contracted with LA Care, hold an active California MD/DO license, and are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family

• Experience conducting in-facility visits and telehealth consultations.
• Strong documentation skills and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to collaborate with NPs, specialists and facility staff.]
