Job summary

AllCare.ai seeks a part-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide in-facility care for seniors in assisted living communities across the Inland Empire, CA. The role features mobile in-facility visits with routes designed to minimize travel time, starting at 1 day per week.

W-2 or 1099 options available to fit your needs. Compensation is $800 per day, plus $50 per patient seen, with backend charting and admin support to enable focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Must own an existing clinic contracted with IEHP
• Active California medical license (MD or DO) in good standing
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Active DEA registration
• Medicare credentialing preferred
• Experience in geriatric or senior care settings preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors in assisted living and RCFE communities in the Inland Empire area
• Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations as needed
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns
• Collaborate with our care team including NPs, specialists, and facility staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
