Job summary

AllCare.ai seeks a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to deliver in-facility care for seniors in assisted living communities in the Inland Empire, CA. Mobile visits will follow clustered routes to minimize travel time; part-time starting at 1 day/week with potential expansion.

The role offers W-2 or 1099 options, compensation of $800 per day plus $50 per patient seen, and support to focus on patient care with charting and admin assistance.

Qualifications

• Active California medical license (MD or DO) in good standing.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Active DEA registration.
• Medicare credentialing preferred.
• Experience in geriatric or senior care settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors in assisted living and RCFE communities in the Inland Empire area.
• Conduct in-facility patient visits and telehealth consultations as needed.
• Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute concerns.
• Collaborate with our care team including NPs, specialists, and facility staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Education

California medical license (MD/DO)

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics

Active DEA registration

Medicare credentialing preferred

Geriatric/senior care experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
