Qualifications

• RN license in California is required or pending, with current licensure.
• Completion of a Family Nurse Practitioner program is required.
• BLS CPR certification per American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and diagnose/manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate care with supervising physician(s).
• Promote disease prevention through education, counseling, and age-appropriate screenings.
• Provide primary care to patients of all ages and maintain accurate medical records.
