Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Mobile Power Account Manager.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $121,124.97 - $150,000, and it is eligible for a variable incentive program.

What You’ll Do
PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The primary function is to establish sales strategies and account management initiatives for specialty OEM customers requiring mobile power products. This includes business development, revenue, profitability, customer relations, and overall account management. The role acts as the primary liaison between Eaton, Bezares, and the customer, managing relationships with engineering and purchasing contacts, understanding engineering requirements, and developing technical solutions and business cases for opportunities.

The role also requires a basic understanding of product designs and performance within the mobile power space, evaluating current product portfolios for potential opportunities.

Essential Functions
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for Mobile Power product portfolio, collaborating with internal and external partners.
  • Work closely with customer engineering and technical teams to understand requirements and specifications.
  • Understand product performance and system operations to offer technical solutions.
  • Develop and manage relationships across organizational levels.
  • Participate in OEM events and represent Eaton.
  • Gather industry intelligence and communicate trends.
  • Manage contract administration, pricing updates, and account standing.
  • Contribute to new product launches and support customer scorecard activities.
  • This role can be supported remotely within the USA, with approximately 50% travel within US and Canada.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience.
  • At least 3 years in mobile power and/or fluid power industry.
  • At least 3 years in CV account management or aftermarket sales.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US and current residence in the USA.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business, Engineering, or technical degree.
  • Knowledge of truck products and trucking industry experience.
