Pro-MotionPix, LLC is seeking a Mobile Inventory Porter Technician to support automotive dealerships across Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton with on-site vehicle organization, photography, and inventory tasks.

The role involves traveling between locations, locating vehicles and keys, and capturing required vehicle photos and videos using a company iPhone. Training is provided; the focus is on accurate, efficient work rather than artistic photography. Monday–Friday schedule with full-time hours.

• Experience with on-site vehicle handling is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel between Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton areas to locate vehicles and keys.
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using company iPhone.
• Move vehicles to staging or photography areas as needed.
• Communicate with dealership staff to confirm vehicle availability and location.
• Complete assignments within the scheduled timeframe and maintain route discipline.

Job description

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until route is completed

Service Area: Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour

**Hourly pay is a combination of base pay and per-vehicle photo payout.

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a Mobile Inventory Porter Technician to work with automotive dealerships throughout the Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton area.

If you enjoy being on your feet, working with vehicles, traveling between locations, and having responsibility for your own daily route, this could be a great fit.

You’ll help dealership teams keep their vehicle inventory organized and ready for online shoppers. You’ll locate vehicles and keys, move cars when needed, communicate with dealership personnel, and use a company-issued iPhone to capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos.

You don't need photography experience to get started. Pro-MotionPix provides paid training and teaches you the equipment, app, and workflow.

The focus of this position is getting the work done accurately and efficiently—not artistic or creative photography.

Your Day May Include

• Traveling between assigned dealership locations
  
• Checking dealership lots for vehicles scheduled for service
  
• Finding vehicle keys and confirming vehicle locations
  
• Moving vehicles to designated staging or photography areas
  
• Capturing required vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos
  
• Using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app to complete assignments
  
• Speaking with dealership employees about vehicle availability and keys
  
• Following up when vehicles are unavailable or information is missing
  
• Managing your route and completing scheduled work within the expected timeframe
  
• Maintaining a professional relationship with dealership staff

• Automotive: Porter, detailer, lot attendant, lube technician, inventory associate
  
• Warehouse: Material handler, warehouse associate, shipping/receiving, inventory
  
• Construction: Laborer, installer, tradesperson, jobsite worker
  
• Delivery: Delivery driver, route driver, field service, merchandising
  
• Other hands-on work: Maintenance, facilities, moving, or similar active positions

Requirements

What You'll Need

• Valid driver's license
  
• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling between locations
  
• At least 1 year of consistent work history preferred
  
• Previous automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar experience preferred
  
• Ability to walk dealership lots and perform physical tasks throughout the day
  
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Comfort using smartphones and mobile applications
  
• Manual transmission experience is helpful but not required
  
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  
• $25.00++ per hour
