Job summary

Pro-MotionPix is seeking a dependable Dealership Vehicle Porter Specialist to service automotive dealerships across Morgan Hill, Gilroy, Salinas, and surrounding areas. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until routes are completed, with pay at $25.00++ per hour, including a per-vehicle payout and base pay.

You'll visit dealerships, locate vehicles and keys, move vehicles for photography, and capture photos and videos using a company-issued iPhone.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year of consistent work history preferred.
• Experience in automotive, warehouse, construction, landscaping, delivery, or similar fields preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned automotive dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
• Locate vehicles and keys throughout dealership lots.
• Move vehicles into designated photo areas when needed.
• Prepare vehicles for photography.
• Capture vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app.
• Communicate with dealership staff about vehicles, keys, and inventory.
• Complete assigned routes efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Walk dealership lots and work outdoors throughout the day.
• Represent Pro-MotionPix professionally at every dealership.

This is a hands-on, field-based position for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, driving to different locations, and following a consistent daily process.

No professional photography experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our process.

This is not a creative photography job. It's a structured position focused on efficiency, consistency, accuracy, and keeping dealership inventory ready for online shoppers.

Requirements

• Comfortable walking dealership lots and performing physical tasks throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Manual transmission experience is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Compensation & Benefits
