Job summary

DBox Inc. is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain clean and orderly public and common areas in our properties in the Dallas area. This part-time role includes varied cleaning tasks across mainly commercial spaces.

The ideal candidate has basic safety knowledge, good communication, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience is preferred, and supplies will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain sidewalks, medians, walkways, and parking lots.
• Remove trash from all designated areas.
• Sweep driveways, alleys, and parking lots, and pick up loose trash from landscaped areas.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and clean receptacle lids daily.
• Transport and dispose of waste in dumpsters.
• Push grocery carts to designated locations and remove unauthorized signs or stickers from windows and landscaping.
• Report any security or emergency situations to supervisors and security officers.
• Perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
