Responsibilities

Manage and coach the Classroom Mobile Platform engineering team of about 8.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team as they design and build new software systems.
Partner with technical leads and managers from partner engineering teams to ensure that we are working effectively together to land key topline metrics and organization goals.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in user research, design, and product to understand educators’ needs, and to translate them into the right technical decisions and systems.
Maintain a healthy and effective team culture for your team and partner teams.
