Job summary

Own Body is seeking an experienced physiotherapist to provide in-home care to clients, delivering assessments, hands-on therapy, and personalized treatment plans in clients' homes. You will help clients regain function and independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and applying evidence-based practices.

We offer flexible hours (full-time, part-time, or casual) and support a healthy work-life balance with admin and clinical support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy required.
• AHPRA registration or eligibility to register.
• Minimum 2 years’ orthopaedic physiotherapy experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional Indemnity Insurance and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Patient-centered, community-based care ethos.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physiotherapy assessments and hands-on treatment.
• Design and implement treatment plans to improve functional independence.
• Support clients to achieve better quality of life in their homes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Remuneration & Benefits:

We offer flexible and rewarding remuneration structures tailored to your work preferences:

• Casual Team Members
• Option to be paid sessionally per client (fixed rate inclusive of loadings & super).
• OR rostered for shifts (with remuneration being based on hourly rate, plus loading, plus travel/admin allowance, plus super.)

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• AHPRA Registration (Full, Unrestricted).
• Minimum 2 years’ experience (orthopaedic experience highly valued).
• Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Vehicle.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• First Aid & CPR Certification.
