Active Health Solutions is a mobile physical therapy practice providing one‑on‑one, hour‑long sessions in patients’ homes, offices, and gyms. We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Mobile Physical Therapist to join our growing team and help us bring exceptional care directly to our patients across the DC / Northern VA / Maryland area.

Compensation: $165/patient

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of full‑time clinical experience
• Active licensure in DC
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a mobile setting
• Outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized, goal‑oriented treatment plans
• Provide direct, hands‑on, one‑hour treatment sessions with each patient
• Educate and empower patients to understand and manage their condition
• Collaborate with a supportive network of physical therapists
• Manage your own caseload and travel efficiently between patient locations
