Job summary

Lifecare Homecare, part of the Lifecare group, is seeking a Physiotherapist to provide high-quality, home-based physiotherapy within a multi-disciplinary setting in Australia.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments, and work with Case Managers, GPs, and other referrers to deliver patient-centered care. AHPRA registration is required, and the role offers growth within Lifecare's network.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree, with General AHPRA registration.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team; and ability to work autonomously in the community.
• Enjoy working with older adults and adult disability demographics.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Clean driver licence, access to own vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
• Willing to undergo a National Criminal History check and NDIS Workers Screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct assessments and provide home-based interventions.
• Collaborate with Allied Health Professionals, GPs, and other health professionals.
• Prepare initial, progress, and final reports and treatment plans for funding bodies.
