Qualifications

• Certified Physician Assistant with active license in the state.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview service members to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns including Behavioral Health and document accordingly.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using a proprietary system.
