Job summary
Top Notch Therapy LLC is expanding its mobile therapy team in Florida. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver in-home rehabilitation under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, function, and quality of life. You will visit patients in Pembroke Pines, Stuart, Port St.
Lucie, West Palm Beach and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling. This is a 1099 contractor role within a therapist-owned company that supports growth and collaborative
Qualifications
- Active PTA license is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
- Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care.
