In Home Rehab of Florida is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing Palm Beach County team. You will treat patients one-on-one in patients’ homes, delivering customized sessions and exercises under a supervising therapist.

Flexible scheduling and steady opportunities come with working through multiple agency contracts across South Florida. The role emphasizes compassionate, independent practice in home health, with strong communication to families and caregivers

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Treat patients in their homes throughout Palm Beach County.
• Provide individualized treatment sessions based on the patient’s plan of care.
• Assist patients with improving strength, balance, mobility, safety, and independence.
• Engage family members and caregivers as needed.
• Provide patient education and home exercise program instruction.
