Job summary

Top Notch Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to deliver high-quality mobile therapy in patients' homes across several Florida communities. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, provide therapeutic exercises, and help patients regain mobility.

Qualifications

Active PTA license in Florida.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while managing a caseload.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper documentation during each visit.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated patient care.
