TOP NOTCH THERAPY LLC is hiring licensed Physical Therapy Assistants for mobile, home-based care across multiple Florida service areas. The role offers flexible scheduling and the autonomy to manage your own caseload under a supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with caseload management.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and functional activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Ensure safety and proper documentation during each visit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care.
