Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program from an accredited university.
• Licensure in the state where providing therapy (NC/SC); CPR certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, interpret, plan, implement, and evaluate patients by age and diagnosis.
• Admit patients to the agency when PT is a primary skilled need.
• Communicate and document information per agency policies and guidelines.
• Contribute to program effectiveness and organize work efficiently.
• Maintain and adjust schedule to enhance agency performance.
• Demonstrate daily commitment to agency values and mission.
• Maintain positive interpersonal relations with all members of the agency.
• Promote customer satisfaction and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate the agency's mission, vision, and values daily.
