Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home outpatient care. Therapists set their own hours, and Luna matches them with nearby patients within a short drive, ensuring dedicated, uninterrupted visits for each patient’s full plan of care.

Documentation is quick via the Luna app, with no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork. Flexible schedules, per-visit pay, and safety features support a balanced, rewarding practice.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Liability insurance.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
