Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed PTs to provide one-on-one outpatient care in patients’ homes, following each patient’s plan of care.

You set your own schedule; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive (12 minutes on average), with no overlapping appointments.

Documentation takes 3–5 minutes via the Luna app; you’ll be paid per visit, with direct deposit and in‑app visibility of earnings.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in the relevant state.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Liability insurance.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients’ homes per their plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients within a max 30-minute drive.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 minutes using the Luna app.
